Medoc Mountain State Park will be undergoing major construction in 2024 and early 2025

The campground and day use area at Medoc are closed from June 3 through April of 2025. This includes the picnic shelter and playground. Renovations are underway.

NC Friends of State Parks: Field Trip Transportation Funding

The Youth in Parks – Environmental Education (YIP-EE) project focuses on getting students outside the classroom into our state parks. If your school needs a grant to fund transportation costs for a field trip to Medoc Mountain State Park, visit the Friends of State Park website.
