Celebrate Presidents Day by enjoying one of Americas favorite pastimes, fishing. Mayo River State Park will be hosting a fishing 101 course for young beginners that want to learn the art of fishing. We will provide spincast reels and the basic necessities as well as a short summary on how to tie hooks and bait. We will spend most of the experience on the water.
Fishers meet at the Mayo Mountain Access Picnic Shelter (500 Old Mayo Park Rd, Mayodan, NC 27027)
