Meet with Rangers and Maintenance as we improve trail conditions on the Hickory Nut Falls Trail. Tools will be provided. Make sure to wear sturdy boots, bring gloves and water.
After each workday, a volunteer appreciation social event will be held at a local eatery.
Admission to the attraction will be waived for registered volunteers. Registration is required and limited to 20 volunteers. Please email chimney.rock@ncparks.gov or call the Park Office at 828-625-1823 for details and to register.
Kicking off on National Public Lands Day, Chimney Rock State Park will be holding volunteer workdays each month until the New Year.
