Wild turkey at Carolina Beach State Park

Turkeys are nesting in the Spring months, so you may not see them much, but they have a lot of different calls, with a lot of different meanings, to hear! We will learn about turkeys and make some turkey calls ourselves!

Meet at the Occoneechee Mountain picnic area.

Spaces are limited, so registration is required. To sign up, call (984) 250-1370 or click the Register button to email eno.river@ncparks.gov. Include the number of guests in your party and a phone number where you can be reached if there are changes to the event.
