Come to the park on Friday mornings to read fun and engaging children's books about exploring nature!
Stories are selected for children in kindergarten or younger. The book for January 10 is “The Bear’s Winter House,” written by John Yeoman, illustrated by Quentin Blake, originally published in 1969 and reissued by Andersen Press in 2009.
No registration is required, just come and enjoy! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Directions: Enter the park at 8801 Glenwood Ave. and stay straight for 1 mile before turning into the Visitor Center parking lot on your right.
