Eno River is home to many aquatic mammals, such as beavers and river otters. These critters are hard to spot, but often leave evidence of their presence,  such as chewings or tracks, behind. You may even be lucky enough to see one!

Join a Naturalist at the Piper Cox House parking lot kiosk, second parking lot on the right past the main entry gate, for a four mile hike to find evidence of river critters. Wear hiking shoes and bring water, sunblock, and bug spray.

Spaces are limited, and registration is required. To sign up, call (984) 250-1370 or click the Register button to email eno.river@ncparks.gov. Please include the number of guests in your party and a phone number where you can be reached if the event is changed or canceled.
