Join our School-in-Parks Specialist in this “make-it, take-it” Citizen Science adventure in which we’ll learn how to calculate the height of trees (in the park and your neighborhood) with the use of a clinometer. We’ll begin in the auditorium and then venture outdoors (weather dependent) to take measurements. Space is limited to 20 people; REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED by contacting the park office: 910-326-4881.
