Eight state parks in western North Carolina remain closed until further notice.
The following parks have at least partially reopened: Crowders Mountain, Gorges, Grandfather Mountain, Lake Norman, and Rendezvous Mountain. Visit ncparks.gov/closures for more information on the status of facilities.
