The park will remain open past normal closing hours on July 4th to accommodate viewing of local fireworks, but will close immediately upon completion of the display. Please note that while fireworks may be viewed from Jockey's Ridge, they remain somewhat distant and may appear small to some viewers. Alcohol and unleashed pets are prohibited in the park and will be strictly enforced.
