Facility: Bathhouse. This facility has showers, changing rooms, concession stand and toilets.Location: .1 of a mile from entrance of park on right side of road.Accommodates: n/a.Nearby Amenities: n/a.Available: Open from March 15 until November 15. Concession stand and changing area (has cold showers)
are open from Memorial Day until Labor Day if staffing permits.Reservations Required: No.Accessible: Has accessible showers and ramp that goes to the beach area. Picnic area has an accessible
shelter. Beach accessible wheel chairs are available upon request.
Bathhouse Fees
Adult (13 and over) --- $4/day
Child ages 3 - 12 --- $3/day
Forms of Payment: Cash, checks, travelers checks. At this time, only Carolina Beach, Mount Mitchell
and Morrow Mountain State Parks accept Visa or Mastercard.
A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
