1. Dowload the latest version of Adobe Acrobat FREE at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/

2. Open the AAT Application (Click Here)

3. Open and Save the Application PDF file on your computer.

4. Complete the Application. You can use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to fill in this form.

5. When you are finished, save your work on your computer and email live pdf to Vincent Newman-Brooks.
